Tiny Tots

Ages: 5 - 7

Kids need exercise to be healthy, and these days exercise is hard to come by. Organized sports work for some kids but leave others out, and not everyone feels like part of the team.

Give them a chance to get moving in an enjoyable atmosphere with teachers who get to know them and build them up. We use engaging activities to teach kids skills. As they grow up, some of our young students become teachers themselves. Giving them the confidence to explore different challenges.

Youth Program

Ages: 8 - 14

Adult Program

Working hard for something we don't care about is 'stress'; for something we love, it's 'passion.' Our Soo Bahk Do program emphasizes traditional Korean martial arts. Energy-packed classes provide rigorous physical training with traditional methods. Adults benefit greatly from martial arts, which enhance mind, body, and spirit. There's no age limit; Soo Bahk Do caters to all skill levels.
